Terms & Conditions – Relax Raja
These terms apply to all website users and individuals who contact Relax Raja for service. By accessing this website or contacting us, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.
Service Scope
Relax Raja provides home visit relaxation massage service only within Lucknow city limits.
We do not operate any physical spa location for walk-in clients.
Eligibility
Client must be above 18 years of age and must provide accurate information for booking.
Appointment & Booking
Appointments are allotted based on availability.
We will confirm booking through WhatsApp or message before therapist is assigned.
Payment Terms
Payment may be required partially in advance for confirmation (UPI accepted)
Remaining payment can be completed after service session
Prices may vary based on timing, location zone and therapist availability.
Behaviour Guidelines
Professional and respectful behaviour is mandatory from both sides.
Any form of misconduct, harassment or abuse will result in immediate service termination.
Cancellation Policy
Same Day cancellation must be informed minimum 1 hour prior
Advance paid amount may be adjusted or forfeited based on slot impact
Limitation of Liability
Relax Raja will not be responsible for:
Personal property loss
Physical injury due to pre-existing medical issues
Damages caused due to client’s unsafe environment
Client must disclose any major health concerns before booking.
Changes To Terms
These terms may change anytime without prior notification.
